1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClawCloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawCloud provides a cloud-based platform for deploying and managing OpenClaw instances. The Service includes:

  • Cloud infrastructure for running OpenClaw 24/7
  • Integration with WebChat, Telegram and other messaging platforms
  • API access to AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Management dashboard and configuration tools

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawCloud. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

ClawCloud offers subscription-based access starting at $49/month, which includes $15 in API credits. Additional API usage is billed separately.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • API usage beyond included credits is billed at the end of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use ClawCloud for lawful purposes related to personal or business automation, communication, and productivity.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for illegal activities or content
  • Generate or distribute misleading or fraudulent content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. API Usage and Credits

  • API credits are provided for accessing third-party AI models
  • Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each month
  • Unused credits do not roll over
  • Usage beyond included credits is billed at prevailing rates
  • We reserve the right to set usage limits to prevent abuse

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Your Data

  • You retain ownership of data you input into the Service
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • Third-party API providers may process data according to their policies

7.2 Data Security

While we implement security measures, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

ClawCloud, our logo, and the Service are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8.3 OpenClaw

OpenClaw is an open-source project. ClawCloud provides hosting and infrastructure but does not claim ownership of the OpenClaw software.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9.2 Service Changes

  • We may modify or discontinue features with notice
  • We may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your payment fails or your account is past due
  • We are required to do so by law
  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, APIs, or platforms
  • We are not liable for AI-generated content or actions taken by your OpenClaw instance

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

15. Governing Law
